Payment

All sessions must be paid in full either before the shoot or immediately after the shoot (same day) via Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or card (Square/Stripe). Checks are not accepted.

A $20 late-arrival surcharge applies if a client is 15+ minutes late. Session end times will not be extended for late arrivals; time lost to lateness is forfeited.

Digital galleries and deliverables are released after payment is complete.

Refund Policy - the basics

If you cancel your session, the retainer is non-refundable and serves as a cancellation fee.

• 72+ hours’ notice: your retainer may be credited one time toward a future session within 3 months, subject to photographer availability.

• Less than 72 hours’ notice or no-show: the retainer is forfeited and no credit is issued.

• Within 24 hours of booking: if you notify us within the first 24 hours of setting the appointment, we’ll clear the “half-retainer” rule and you may request a one-time date change within 3 months at no extra charge (no refunds).

BBOY Shoots Photography reserves the right to deny service to clients with repeated cancellations or no-shows.

Force Majeure / Photographer Illness or Emergency: If BBOY Shoots Photography cannot perform due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, emergency, casualty, strike, act of God, equipment failure, corrupted files, or other events not caused by our negligence), our liability is limited to the return of all monies paid. No further liability is accepted. If images are lost/damaged without fault on the client’s part, the retainer will be refunded and no additional damages will be owed.

Image Use & Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive a personal-use license to share and print delivered images. BBOY Shoots Photography retains copyright and may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing. Commercial usage requires a separate license.
